Oralia Lorenzana

Founder

Oralia Lorenzana is a fourth-generation Mexican American, Idaho native, and passionate advocate for underserved communities. Having grown up in the communities she now serves, Oralia understands firsthand the challenges many Hispanic individuals and families face when navigating systems, accessing resources, and finding opportunities.

Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to empowering others through education, economic opportunity, community engagement, and resource connection. Her professional experience includes working with organizations focused on workforce development, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, and community impact, helping bridge gaps between institutions and the people they serve.

Oralia has worked with organizations such as Idaho Power, the Idaho Department of Labor, the Idaho Women's Business Center, and MoFi, where she has supported initiatives that strengthen communities, expand access to resources, and create pathways to opportunity.

Through La JEFAConsulting, Oralia combines lived experience, cultural understanding, and professional expertise to help organizations build authentic relationships with Hispanic and underserved communities. At the same time, she remains committed to advocating for individuals and families by connecting them with services, resources, and opportunities that improve quality of life.
